Our statement

What we aim for, and where we fall short.

Our commitment

All Fair is built for small businesses and the people who back them – including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technology. Everyone should be able to read this site, find their way around it and act on what it says.

The standard we aim for

We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We check the site against them as we build it. It has not had an independent audit, so we don’t claim full conformance – the known gaps are listed below.

What’s in place

  • Text and controls are checked for WCAG AA color contrast, page by page.
  • Links, buttons, menus and pop-ups are standard HTML controls, so they work with a keyboard and screen readers. The first Tab on every page offers “Skip to content” and the Display settings.
  • Animations follow your device’s “reduce motion” setting, and the Display settings can turn them off for this site.
  • Browser zoom works on every page, and the Display settings enlarge reading text without breaking the layout.
  • Every page’s content is in the page itself, so it can be read without JavaScript.
  • Losses in the sample statements are shown in parentheses as well as in red, so they don’t depend on color alone.

Known limitations

  • Product previews – the sample dashboards, charts and diagrams – keep a fixed layout with small labels, so they read like screenshots of the product. The Display settings don’t enlarge them; your browser’s zoom does.
  • At normal settings two small details sit just under AA contrast: the pink handwriting accent (4.36:1) and small gray labels on pale pink inside product previews (4.06:1). More contrast fixes both.
  • The meeting scheduler on our Contact page is provided by Calendly, and we don’t control its accessibility. If it doesn’t work for you, email us and we’ll find a time with you directly.

Make it work for you

  • Display settings – text size, a readable font, more contrast, less motion – at the top of this page, or from the first Tab on any page.
  • Zoom with your browser: Ctrl and + on Windows, ⌘ and + on a Mac.
  • Your device’s own settings for increased contrast, reduced motion and Windows high-contrast colors are honored automatically.

Tell us what’s hard
