Questions

Plain answers on seats and billing.

What exactly is a seat?

One seat is one business on All Fair – its model, every module, and the people the owner invites to work from it (a lender, a CPA, a coach). Seats are not per user.

How does a sponsored seat work?

A partner organization – a CDFI, lender, chamber or SBDC – pays for seats for the businesses it serves. The owner receives a code, redeems it, and uses All Fair at no cost. The sponsor sees the owner’s business name and contact details, plus the areas of the business the owner agrees to share.

What happens if my sponsorship ends?

Your data stays yours. You can keep your seat at the standard seat price and carry on as before. If you don’t, we keep your account for 30 days and then delete its data – before then, email info@all-fair.com and we’ll send you a copy.

What is included – are modules gated?

Every live module is included in every seat. Modules marked Coming Soon on the Platform page are included when they ship; there are no feature tiers to upgrade through.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Card payments are processed by Stripe. If you need to pay another way, book a demo and we will sort it out with you.

Do nonprofits, CDFIs and community organizations get different pricing?

Partner organizations are priced per sponsored business per month, with volume pricing for larger portfolios. Book a demo and we will work through your numbers together.

How do I cancel or change plans?

Seats are billed monthly and managed through Stripe. Get in touch and we will change or cancel your seats for you.

Start with the records you keep.

Upload the receipts and statements you already have, and your model is ready in about ten minutes. If a lender or chamber sponsors you, it’s free.
